The mid-term meeting (MTM) is a mandatory event for project monitoring and assessment by the European Research Executive Agency (REA) Project Officer.

The meeting will consist of different sessions, including restricted ones between CLIMB DCs, Beneficiaries and the REA Project Office.

Each beneficiary institution must be represented by at least one delegate.
If the Principal Investigator is unable to attend, they may formally delegate another representative from their institution.

Attendance of all Doctoral Candidates (DCs) hired within the project is mandatory.

Remote participation will be allowed only in exceptional cases, where strong justification is provided in advance and explicit approval is granted.
